The EMU trains are the Electric Multiple Units and they run in the metropolitan cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai in India. Several EMU trains run in these cities and their suburbs every day and play a very crucial role in public transportation. The Diesel and Electric rail engines serve the purpose of both long distance passenger and goods transportation.
